Subscription terms

Effective October 27, 2026. These terms cover paid plans and add-ons on epk. They're part of the terms of service.

Plans and prices

Plans, prices and what each includes are listed on the pricing page and shown again before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires and shown before you pay.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we show the price, how often you'll be charged, that the plan renews until you cancel, and how to cancel, and we ask you to agree to automatic renewal with its own checkbox.

For yearly plans, we email you between 15 and 45 days before each renewal with the amount, the date and how to cancel.

Price changes

If the price of your plan changes, we email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies, with the new price, the date and how to cancel. If you don't cancel, the new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, in Settings, then Billing, then Cancel plan. No call or chat is needed. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

After a paid period ends without renewal, your account doesn't lose anything. It moves to read-only for 90 days, so you can still view, share and download everything, then your originals move to the Vault, where they stay safe and downloadable. You can subscribe again at any time to pick up where you left off.

Refunds

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments aren't refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires a refund or where we significantly reduce what your plan includes or the service is unavailable for an extended time because of us, in which case we refund the unused part.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, our payment processor retries it over the following days and we email you so you can update your card. If it still can't be collected, your account moves to read-only as described above. Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.

Payments are handled by Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and stored by Stripe, never by us. We only keep a reference to your Stripe customer, plan and payment status, and Stripe may share the card's brand and last 4 digits with us so you can recognize it.

Beta and promotions

During the beta, plans may be free. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any charge begins, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan and agree to it. Founding or promotional prices last for the period stated when you accept them.
