Acceptable use

Effective October 27, 2026. epk is for media teams, artists and promoters doing real work together. Don't use it to:

• Upload or share anything illegal, or content you don't have the rights to.
• Share sexual content involving anyone under 18. We remove it, close the account and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as US law requires.
• Share sexual or intimate images of anyone without their consent.
• Harass, threaten, dox or impersonate anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people.
• Remove or hide a photographer's credit, or use work beyond the rights you were given.
• Send spam or unwanted bulk messages, requests or invites.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download from epk without permission, or get around download limits, passwords or privacy settings.
• Probe, break or overload the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours (good-faith security research under our security page is welcome).
• Resell, rent or share access to accounts or features.
• Use epk to store or distribute malware.
• Mislead people about who you are, your verification, or what a payment covers.

What happens

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, pause or close the account, and report illegal activity to authorities. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond or download your own work.
