What counts toward my storage?Only the originals you upload. Previews, web sizes and galleries you receive never count, and on Studio delivered photos never count at all.
What happens if I fill up?New uploads pause until you upgrade, add storage or archive a gallery. Nothing is deleted and your links keep working.
What's the Vault?Archive finished shoots for $5 per TB a month. Previews stay browsable; originals come back within 48 hours when you need them.
Do artists pay to receive galleries?Never. Receiving, viewing and adding to an EPK is free. Artist Pro is for a custom domain, more uploads and full insights.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?No. Clients can pay you by Zelle, bank transfer or cash for free. If you turn on cards, you only pay the card company's normal fee.
Can one person be an artist and a media team?Yes. One login, a profile for each role, and you switch between them. A paid media plan includes Artist Pro and Promoter Pro.
What if I cancel?Your galleries stay viewable and downloadable for 90 days, with a one-click export or the option to move everything to the Vault.
